Runako Inside Out with Mufaro Mazodze
by Tawanda GumboMufaro: As an accounting student I have always put my mental health first. Being a student can be very emotionally draining. So I keep a balance by making videos on my YouTube channel. Giving myself a day off. Exercising and healthy eating is also very helpful for my mental health. My personal goals include getting my Youtube channel monetized, hoping it will grow and continue to make a positive influence. Working on my toxic traits. Learning Self love by learning to know my worth.- Black Business

Runako Inside Out with Mike Hove
by Tawanda GumboMike: I fortunately have a couple of people that I can turn to when I’m feeling down, so they help a lot when it comes to taking care of my mental health. Besides that, I listen to a lot of inspirational feel good music, I occasionally feed my expensive habits i.e. shopping (that always makes me feel better) & I listen to a couple of inspirational podcasts.
