Runako Inside Out with Mufaro Mazodze
by Tawanda GumboMufaro: As an accounting student I have always put my mental health first. Being a student can be very emotionally draining. So I keep a balance by making videos on my YouTube channel. Giving myself a day off. Exercising and healthy eating is also very helpful for my mental health. My personal goals include getting my Youtube channel monetized, hoping it will grow and continue to make a positive influence. Working on my toxic traits. Inside Out Check-In With Jen Cedor
by Tawanda Gumbo -
Runako Inside Out with Mike Hove
by Tawanda GumboMike: I fortunately have a couple of people that I can turn to when I’m feeling down, so they help a lot when it comes to taking care of my mental health. Besides that, I listen to a lot of inspirational feel good music, I occasionally feed my expensive habits i.e. shopping (that always makes me feel better) & I listen to a couple of inspirational podcasts. -
Runako Inside Out with Lauren Williams
by Tawanda GumboLauren: I've been working from home. I take short breaks throughout the day while working, even if it is for 5 minutes. It’s important to take a brief walk and get some air or move around to get your mind away from work. Honestly, I need to implement that more in my life, but I do make sure that I get a mental break from time to time. Also, praying helps me when I am really stressed. -
Runako Inside Out with Qyana Agina
by Tawanda GumboQyana: Things have been good for me over the past few months...I'm 6 months pregnant (!!), so I'm excited for this new chapter of my life. To be honest, the first few months of the pandemic was a nightmare. I didn't realize how much I enjoy being around people until we were forced to stay indoors. But now I'm in a better, more optimistic space and hopeful that this virus will be under control sometime next year so we can have some sort of normalcy back in our lives. -
Runako Inside Out with Lia Vialva
by Tawanda GumboLia: Honestly, the best thing I’ve done for my mental health during this time is be patient and gentle with myself. I was being super hard on myself after I lost my job but once I started looking at everything I have vs. what I didn't have, things started feeling better. -
Runako Inside Out with Muqbil Yabarow
by Tawanda GumboMuqbil: I am doing great. The pandemic has had its pros and cons in my life as it has in all people globally. I have managed a way for me to try and make the most out of my current situation. The first few weeks were a bit hard to deal with because of the new circumstances, but soon after, it became easier as time went on. -
Runako Inside Out with Kimberly Waldropt
by Tawanda GumboKimberly: I’m undergoing a tremendous amount of pain during this time. This pandemic has kept me from being able to travel in order to stay by my father's bedside as he suffered alone and not being able to attend my father's burial. Thanks to COVID-19. -
Runako Inside Out with Corinna Williams
by Tawanda GumboCorinna: All things considered, I am grateful to be doing well. I am healthy, heading into my third trimester of pregnancy. To be honest, maternal instincts are great at shifting focus to what REALLY counts: your personal and baby’s health and well-being. -
Runako Inside Out with Manseen Logan
by Tawanda GumboManseen: I'm alive and well, so I can't complain. Funny thing is, my quarantine life ain't that much different from my normal life. Not sure if that's good or bad, but it is what it is. -
Runako Inside Out with Ryan Owelle
by Tawanda GumboRyan: Honestly I take my emotions and “states” of being day by day in these pandemic times. I will say I’m grateful for the ability to slow down and really appreciate everything around me that the pandemic provided. But overall I am doing well! -
Runako Inside Out with Jen Cedor
by Tawanda GumboJen: Time alone is so important to me. Being able to just step away from everyone and everything is key. Taking that time of solitude to reflect, to work on my growth, and to rest has been so beneficial in my personal care. Also, prayer- being able to connect with God and just bring all my questions, worries, and etc…is truly how I make it on a daily basis.
