It’s important to take a brief walk and get some air or move around to get your mind away from work. Honestly, I need to implement that more in my life, but I do make sure that I get a mental break from time to time. Also, praying helps me when I am really stressed.

To be honest, the first few months of the pandemic was a nightmare. I didn't realize how much I enjoy being around people until we were forced to stay indoors. But now I'm in a better, more optimistic space and hopeful that this virus will be under control sometime next year so we can have some sort of normalcy back in our lives.

Taking that time of solitude to reflect, to work on my growth, and to rest has been so beneficial in my personal care. Also, prayer- being able to connect with God and just bring all my questions, worries, and etc…is truly how I make it on a daily basis.
