It’s important to take a brief walk and get some air or move around to get your mind away from work. Honestly, I need to implement that more in my life, but I do make sure that I get a mental break from time to time. Also, praying helps me when I am really stressed. -

To be honest, the first few months of the pandemic was a nightmare. I didn't realize how much I enjoy being around people until we were forced to stay indoors. But now I'm in a better, more optimistic space and hopeful that this virus will be under control sometime next year so we can have some sort of normalcy back in our lives. -
